US Model 1912 Picket Pin Scabbard

This is a US M1912 picket pin scabbard from the World War I period. The scabbard measures 13" in length and 2" at the widest point. The top and bottom straps are complete and the retaining strap for the pin is still present. The leather is a russet brown color and remains very supple. All the original stitching is tight and unbroken. Both straps retain the roller buckles, and the ring on the back of the scabbard is still present.
