This is a 33rpm vinyl album titled Songs of the North & South 1861-1865 sung by the Mormon Tabernacle choir. The album was produced by Columbia in 1961, the centennial year of the Civil War. The album comes in it's original jacket, with the original sleeve and paperwork. Songs included on the album are: side one, Tramp, Tramp, Tramp, Aura Lee, The Bonnie Blue Flag, He's Gone Away, The Battle Cry of Freedom, Lorena and the battle Hymn of the Republic. Side two features Tenting On the Old Camp Ground, Sweet Evelina, Dixie, Kathleen Mavoureen, Sometimes I feel Like A Motherless Child and When Johnny Comes Marching Home. This would be a great piece to keep in the shop, but I don't have a turntable!
