This is a 1:24 scale diecast car made by the Action company of Dale Earnhardt Sr's #3 1997 Goodwrench Plus Chevrolet Monte Carlo. Dale Earnhardt raced this car owned by Richard Childress, and this paint scheme was on the car when Earnhardt won his only Daytona 500. The black paint with the white #3 gave Dale one of his many nicknames, "The Man In Black". It also became synonymous with "The Intimidator". The car is precision engineered by Action, a leader in the NASCAR collecting industry. The body and chassis are all diecast. The hood opens to reveal a very detailed engine bay complete with a 358 C.I. engine. The trunk opens to reveal a detailed fuel system mandated by NASCAR. The body features superior graphics, detailed sponsorship and associate sponsor decals. The windows are blacked out so the interior of the car is not visible. This diecast collectible of the Intimidator is also a bank. The dimensions of the car are 8 3/4" by 3 1/8" by 2". The car will come in the original Action performance box, the box being in good condition. This paint scheme is highly sought after, and if you collect Dale Earnhardt Sr diecast your collection isn't complete without this one!
