This is a cast iron toy siege mortar from the Penn Craft toy company of Mt. Penn, Pennsylvania. The mortar measures 3 1/2" in length, 3" tall and 3" wide. The carriage and mortar are black. This one is stamped is on the brace between the mounts, PENNCRAFT USA. There are examples of this Penn Craft siege mortar all over the internet. These make great desk display items, Christmas and birthday gifts.
